Return Policy

 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, please obtain advanced authorization and describe the returned items with the reason for the return. All items in your return must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gsdraft.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the parts or equipment you received are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by us or a manufacturer's defect. Freight must be prepaid on all returned lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
