Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please obtain advanced authorization and describe the returned items with the reason for the return. All items in your return must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There will be a minimum 25% handling and restocking fee for all correctly fulfilled orders. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
